You situation is not uncommon. I would suggest that before submitting, you spend a little time determining which category is the absolutely the most appropriate for your listing while also taking into accounter whether or not there is currently an editor for that category. Many of the categories do not have editors, so submitting to those is going to mean a much longer wait. Then finally, once you have found an appropriate category with an editor, fill out the submission form and forget about it.
